College Funding Basics

This course will familiarize the student with the college funding dilemma and how the insurance professional can aid in solving this sometimes frustrating and complex problem. Issues discussed will be the role of the financial planner, the cost of higher education, how to qualify for financial aid and ways to fund a college education including mutual funds, savings, annuities and life insurance.
