ICEC #15178 3-hour L&H course (Course rating “A”)
This course looks at the complexity of basic financial aid strategies normally recommended to parents. The course looks at more diverse ways to fund a college education including repositioning assets and prepay the mortgage. Other issues include having more than one student in college at the same time, parents attending college and divorced parents. The course ends with funding by way of grandparents paying the cost and the use of life insurance with a twist.
