Licensed agents
must complete 12 hours of CE per year.
| If you were born in an even year, you must complete the number of hours in your birth-date month by the end of that month in 2008. | If you were born in an odd year, you must complete 12 hours, plus the number of hours in you birth-date month by the end of that month in 2009. |
| Example: If you were born in March of an even year, you will need to complete 3 hours by the end of March. You will then need 24 hours of CE by March of 2010. | Example: If you were born in March of an odd year, you will need to complete 15 (12 + 3) hours of CE by the end of March 2009. You will then need 24 hours of CE by the end of March 2011. |

No course should be repeated within a three year calendar period.
